Aluminium Signs

Aluminium signage is rapidly growing to be one of the most popular methods of signage. With the sleek aluminium finish this is the perfect solution for a reception sign. We can laser cut just about any custom shape for your sign. We also offer three different finishes, anodized aluminium look, brushed aluminium look and a painted look. With the painted look we can reproduce your specific corporate color pantone onto the aluminium with a perfect sprayed finish.

Different types of Aluminium Signs:

Cut out lettering:

Using laser cut aluminium letters or shapes we can make a custom manufactured sign that can be installed in various ways.

Cut out lettering applied flat to a surface with glue.

This method is mainly used for small letter or shape installations on a flat surface where the wall or surface has a smooth finish. The letters or shapes are flush to this surface.

Cut out lettering with pins.

This method is very popular. The cut out letters has pins on the back. We use a to scale stencil of your logo or letters that is placed on the exact location where you want your sign. Then we drill the holes for each letter or shape. Each hole is then filled with a strong silicone to ensure that the pin is set in place. Next we will insert the letters or shapes. The letters on pins gives an excellent shadow effect.

Cut out lettering with pins and "halo neon".

With this method we use your cut out lettering or logo, as explained above, and we add neon lighting. The end result is a beautifully finished sign that will have everyone looking.

Cut out lettering with pins and back plate.

This is a method where we use an anodized aluminium back plate and then installing the cut out letering on pins or flat to the aluminium surface. The backplate can be mounted flush to the ball or with our barrel spacers to give an ever better look to your new sign.

Aluminium Plate.

Using an aluminium plate that can be mounted with our barrel spacers or flush to the wall. We then print your logo on our Roland printer. Your logo can be printed on a clear vinyl to cover the whole plate or on white vinyl and then contour cut. (see vinyl signage) Then we apply the print to the aluminium plate.

Reverse cut out.

Using an aluminium plate with your lettering cut out of the plate. Thii plate can be mounted on our barrel spacers or flush to the surface.
